This week marks a very special anniversary in the life of our church and parish as we give thanks to Almighty God for the beautiful sanctuary that is Our Lady and the English Martyrs. In prayer and sacrament, in music and merriment we gather this week to give thanks for all the blessings He has bestowed upon us and our fellow pilgrims down the years, in this ‘holy house’ of prayer, faith and charity.
This year we are celebrating the 125th anniversary of the consecration of the church and parish of Our Lady of the Assumption and the English Martyrs.
This festival brochure will show you everything that we are doing to celebrate. It includes a listing of the many activities we are holding to mark this momentous occasion.
